Signal Workflow

Send a signal to a running workflow.

Signals allow external events to be sent to a running workflow.

Query parameters (handled by downstream service):

• run_id: Specific run ID to signal

Body (validated by downstream service):

• signal_name: Name of the signal to send
• args: Arguments to pass with the signal
