Execute Plan

Execute a multi-task plan using Temporal orchestration.

This endpoint:

1. Validates the plan structure
2. Creates a plan execution record
3. Starts a Temporal workflow to orchestrate task execution
4. Returns execution ID for status tracking

The workflow uses a Claude Code agent to intelligently manage plan execution.
